UNIMAT DB/SL SPINDLE-FEED HAND LEVER and PINION
This is the spindle feed lever ( advance lever ) for the Unimat DB/Sl. This accessory was shipped with every new Unimat, it allows the spindle to be advanced for those important drilling and milling operations.
It appears many of these handles were misplaced as I have had many request for this item, in fact I needed one for one of my machines. After a year of sourcing out suppliers I have had a limited production run of these parts manufactured and finished.
They are machined and hobbed from a high grade tool steel with a finish better than the original, ( the originals were made from plain C.R.S. ).
They are made right here in the USA.

DB/SL BEARINGS
SPINDLE BEARING As you may or may not know. Bearing prices are going through the roof. Two causes are, The Asian market is buying up all the bearing grade steel!! and the devaluation of the Dollar. I sell only high quality bearings. Thanks to my supplier I have been able to hold my prices for the past two years. Replace your noisy or worn out spindle bearings. Bring your spindle run-out back to spec. ( .0005" ). Exact metric replacements. Your DB/SL will hum like new! Instructions included. There are two bearings in the spindle cartrige. Replace in sets, ( you will need two bearings ) .

IDLER BEARING Replacement bearing for the idler pulley on the motor bracket. There are two bearings side by side on the pulley shaft. Replace in sets, ( you will need two bearings, for each idler pulley ) . If you have the double reduction ( slow speed ) motor bracket with two idler pulley's, you will need two sets ( four bearings )...

Received an email from David Green. He just installed a set of the cheap bearings sold on Ebay. "The races had a visibly poor finish, and when I installed them they were nearly as noisy as the 50 year old bearings I was replacing. They are junk. You can put this on your website."
